A little personal update: I’m currently on maternity leave as we’re expecting our second baby.

The webshop remains open and you can still place orders as usual. During my maternity leave, I’m only able to ship items that are currently in stock. Made-to-order and custom orders are temporarily unavailable.

With a little help from family and friends, we’ll continue to pack and ship orders during this period. We aim to ship your order within one week, although it may occasionally take a little longer than usual. I’m expecting to be back in the studio around February 2027.

How to order

All jewellery is currently available from stock and will be shipped within one week. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

As I am temporarily taking a step back from made-to-order production during my maternity leave, some styles or colours may occasionally be unavailable. Stock will be replenished gradually with some help from others in the studio, so new pieces will become available regularly. 

If there is a specific piece you are looking for that is currently out of stock, feel free to get in touch and I’ll let you know when it may become available again.

Delivery

• For deliveries within the Netherlands: 

For all orders, the standard shipping rate is € 4,95. Enjoy free shipping on orders over € 60. 

• For deliveries within the EU: 

A flat shipping rate of € 9,95 applies to all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over € 75. 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your jewellery, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it at your own expense. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To request a return, please email hello@vanschaaijkstudio.com. Please include the reason for your return, your order number, and your name.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will issue a refund for the item(s) purchased. All returns are at the customer’s expense.

Important: for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Please be aware that returns are made at your own risk. Van Schaaijk Studio cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. I recommend using a courier service with tracking and/or insurance.
