How to order

All jewellery is made to order. This means that your jewellery will be created after you have placed an order. Please allow for a delivery time of 2-3 weeks. Once your jewellery is ready for dispatch, you will be notified. If you have a specific date by which you would like to receive your order, please contact me to discuss the possibilities. By not holding any stock, I aim to minimize my environmental impact, avoid overproduction, and raise awareness of the time it takes between ordering a piece of jewellery and its creation. As I work on a made-to-order basis, it is also possible to make adjustments to the jewellery.

Delivery

All orders are shipped using PostNL. The rates are as follows:

For deliveries within the Netherlands: Shipping costs are € 6,95 for orders up to € 250,00. Orders above this amount are sent by registered delivery for € 8,90.

For deliveries to Belgium: Shipping costs are € 12,95 for orders up to € 250,00. Orders above this amount are sent by registered delivery for € 17,00.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your jewellery, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it at your own expense. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that specially designed or personalised jewellery is non-refundable.

To request a return, please email hello@vanschaaijkstudio.com. Please include the reason for your return, your order number, and your name.

Please be aware that returns are made at your own risk. Van Schaaijk Studio cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. I recommend using a courier service with tracking and/or insurance.
