How to order

All jewellery is made to order. This means that your jewellery will be created after you have placed an order. Please allow for a delivery time of max 1 week. Once your jewellery is ready for dispatch, you will be notified. If you have a specific date by which you would like to receive your order, please contact me to discuss the possibilities. By not holding any stock, I aim to minimize my environmental impact, avoid overproduction, and raise awareness of the time it takes between ordering a piece of jewellery and its creation. As I work on a made-to-order basis, it is also possible to make adjustments to the jewellery.

Delivery

• For deliveries within the Netherlands:

For all orders, the standard shipping rate is € 4,95. Enjoy free shipping on orders over € 59.

• For deliveries within the EU:

A flat shipping rate of € 9,95 applies to all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over € 75.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your jewellery, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it at your own expense. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To request a return, please email hello@vanschaaijkstudio.com. Please include the reason for your return, your order number, and your name.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will issue a refund for the item(s) purchased. All returns are at the customer’s expense.

Important: for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

Please be aware that returns are made at your own risk. Van Schaaijk Studio cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns. I recommend using a courier service with tracking and/or insurance.
